Children’s Yoga
30-45 minute personally curated yoga class for children ages 4 to 13 where we work through a series of breath work, meditation, and poses. These core components are presented alongside positive affirmations, fun games, singing, storytelling and playful movement. Through these classes, children can exercise their imagination while they also move their bodies. Children’s yoga is less about perfecting posture and more about cultivating a sense of empathy and compassion, along with confidence and awareness of themselves and the world around them.

Wellness Workshops
I develop personalized wellness workshops to support any audience or wellness topic of your choosing. Some examples of workshops I have conducted include Women’s Wellness, Healthy Detox, Food 101 and more. Typically, my workshops are hands-on and an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals in your community.
